The staff were outstandingly welcoming and accommodating, even surprising us with a complimentary parking and minibar package after we raised concerns regarding the room upgrade. the rooms are top-notch modern, with sleek decor and comfy beds. Although we found a bit of hair on the couches and towels, it was a minor issue that didn't overshadow our fantastic stay.

The location was particularly good and perfect, short walk to Close to shopping mall and shops and food. Easily reached Pho Pasteur, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

During my one-night stay at Skye Hotel Suites Parramatta, I had the pleasure of dining at the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. I really loved the hotel's ideal location, which made it easy to access trains, buses, and the Westfield shopping centre. the presence of a great bar upstairs added to the overall wonderful experience.

Very close to a train station, the location was unbeatable and amazing, in Sydney surrounding suburbs. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed how the great modern room for bathrobes was arranged when we arrived. Coffee and it's own balcony were a nice touch.

Modern and exceptionally comfortable place, I thoroughly enjoyed nice personnel.
Every single thing was great. I had an executive suite and it was quiet for bathrobes. The airport was 19 miles away.

Had a really comfortable stay overall. Fantastic place and the weather was wonderful. - the service was exceptional, including a quick check-in. - Great and lovely location right by shops, transport, eateries, and shopping. - I felt safe. - Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar.

I had a very good stay for a business trip. the location was particularly good, so close to Parramatta mall. - the hotel was nicely furnished and brand-new. - Kevin Murphy products were provided in the bathroom. - the staff were both very friendly and top-class.
